Stand up.

Arms straight, palms down to the floor.

One hand on the other.

Breath in, your hand goes up to your shoulder, palm of the other hand up to the sky.

Breathe out, your hand goes back down your arm.

Change hands.

Breathing in, rub your hands together.

Breathing out, rub 3 or 4 times; right hand on top.

These actions will be repeated

5 times, increasing the pace.
